Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not disrupt its operation, access information without authorization, distribute harmful material, or misrepresent your identity. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.
Products, courses, and services
Descriptions, pricing, delivery details, access periods, and any service scope are provided with the relevant offering. Third-party platforms, including Skool, may have additional terms. Custom services may be governed by a separate written agreement.
Purchases and refunds
Review the price, product description, and refund or cancellation terms displayed before purchasing. Digital products may be delivered immediately and may not be returnable once accessed, subject to the disclosed purchase terms and applicable law. If an item is missing, inaccessible, or not as described, contact us so we can review the issue. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual property
Our original content, course materials, templates, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless the product license states otherwise, purchases grant a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials. Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share them without permission. Any commercial-use rights must be stated in the applicable product license.
Educational content and no guarantee of results
Our resources are educational and informational, not a promise of income or business success. Results are not typical or guaranteed. Earnings examples do not predict your results. Outcomes depend on your effort, skills, circumstances, and market conditions. You are responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing AI-generated content for accuracy and suitability.
Third-party tools and availability
External platforms and AI tools have their own terms, fees, and limitations. We do not control their availability or content. We aim to keep our resources available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services or your use of educational information. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
