Refund Policy
All sales are final. Here is exactly what that means for workshop seats, courses, and digital products.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. By registering for a workshop, joining the academy, or buying a course, template, or digital product from VicLiz Digital Creations, you agree to this policy.
No refunds on workshop seats
Workshop seats, including the Charlotte AI Business Workshop seat, are non-refundable. Seats are held for you, the room is booked for a limited number of guests, and our coaches prepare for you in person. If you cannot attend after paying, your seat cannot be returned for money.
No refunds on digital products and courses
Courses, guides, templates, prompts, downloads, and other digital products are delivered to you immediately and in full. Because they cannot be returned once delivered, they are non-refundable. Please check that a product is what you want before you pay.
No refunds on academy membership
Access to the VicLiz AI Digital Academy is non-refundable once granted. You keep access under the academy's own rules, and you can stop using it at any time.
Transfers and changes
A seat or purchase cannot be swapped for cash, credit, or another product. If your plans change, email us and we will tell you what is possible, but we are not obliged to move, hold, or replace your purchase.
Questions and payment issues
If a payment was charged twice, or you were billed in error, contact us and we will work with the payment provider to correct the charge. That is a billing correction, not a refund of a purchase you completed. For anything else, email info@coachveekee.com and a real person will reply.
Where payments are processed
Payments are handled by the payment page you are sent to, such as Stan Store. Their card and receipt rules apply to the transaction, but our no-refund terms apply to what you bought from us.
